Tree Tops is a self-catering accommodation which comes with:

• an open-plan living room with fitted furniture, a double sofa bed (sleeps 2), an electric fire, and a 43-inch smart TV. The lounge also includes a dining area with a table and fitted sofa.
• a kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, toaster, and kettle.
• Wi-Fi for your convenience.
• a bathroom with shower and WC.
• 2 bedrooms comprising of: (1) Master bedroom with a double bed. (2) Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds.

Our caravan benefits from central heating, double glazing, and decking on one side with a ramp for easy access. The property also has an unfenced grass garden area at the back, which is very sunny and perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Tree Tops is pet-friendly, ensuring your furry friends can enjoy the woodland walks too. Parking is available next to the home.

Located at Beauport Holiday Park, The Ridge West, St Leonards-On-Sea, the park offers great facilities such as a clubhouse (bar/restaurant), fitness suite, laundrette, shop, and outdoor swimming pool. Children’s activities and evening entertainment at the clubhouse are provided by the park. The park is dog-friendly, making it ideal for families with pets.

Hastings, a vibrant seaside town nearby, offers plenty of amenities and entertainment for families, individuals, and pets to enjoy.

Other things to note: Please observe Beauport Park rules and road signs during your stay. Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival, meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times.

Our standard check-in time is 4pm. Our standard check-out time is 10am. We can offer early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply; please ask for details.
