The property features a well-appointed full bathroom complete with a refreshing shower, sink, and towel rail, ensuring convenience during your stay. An ensuite bathroom provides added privacy and convenience with a sink, toilet, and towel rail.

LOCAL AMENITIES There is a small store on site for those essential items, and the nearby towns have the larger supermarkets for those bigger needs. NEWBEACH HOLIDAY PARK The Park stages amazing West End-style live shows through the holiday season. Along with a new arcade, there's also a bar with large TV screens, a restaurant, a mini-supermarket, or you can visit the Neptune Pub & Carvery. The Park also offers a heated indoor swimming pool with has plenty of activities. There is entertainment for all the family during peak times that is usually between 1st of April - 1st November.

CHECK IN Our contactless check-in makes arriving at your own convenience even easier. All our properties are accessed via a lock box with the entry codes being issued prior to arrival meaning no queuing at reception to check in at specific times. Our standard check in time is 4pm Our standard check out time is 10am We can offer (dependent on availability) early check-in of 2pm, late check-out of 12pm, and travel cot hire. Additional charges apply, please ask for relevant charges. Property showing as unavailable? Don't panic - give us a ring and we can check for last-minute availability. We also have other holiday homes available at this park and in other locations, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you out. This is a privately-owned holiday home managed by 1066 Holidays. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/or text to complete the verification. 

At time of booking you will be charged a £25 damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking. We also recommend that you ensure you have travel insurance.
